Canadian Information Processing Society of Nova Scotia Act, 2002, c.3.



Halifax June 7, 2002

Bill 119 has passed all stages in the legislative process except one - proclamation.

While the legislation is now included in the Consolidated Statutes of Nova Scotia, it is not in force. At some future meeting of the Executive Council the Act will be proclaimed, bringing the process to conclusion.
