Following on the "sold-out" success of last year, Informatics is again offering the ITIL(*) Foundation certification course - the equivalent of a 3 day training course, a $1995 value - as part of the conference. The ITIL course will run from Monday to Wednesday and will allow time to attend all the conference keynote presentations. An exam review will be held on Wednesday morning and the exam will be given on Wednesday afternoon. Successful completion of the exam earns the ITIL Foundation certificate. Note that there is no additional fee for this, but enrolment is limited to 25 students, so you'll want to register quickly.

Delegates who need the ICCP exams to qualify for their I.S.P. certification will have the opportunity to write the exams on a "pay if you pass" basis throughout the conference.
